HYDRAULIC PRINCIPLES, SYSTEMS, & COMPONENTS:         

The course objective is to expand the maintenance technicians knowledge and skills  in the area of Industrial Hydraulic applications. It begins with an over view of hydraulic principles, discusses the function, operation and application of the common hydraulic system components including pumps, valves, cylinders, motors, rotary actuators, accumulators and filters. Each component’s structure and the identification of the component’s proper symbol as standardized by A.N.S.I. and ISO in schematic diagrams are included in the training.  The use “hands on” laboratory aids that permit applications of material presented in lecture will teach learners industrial hydraulic  troubleshooting skills
