The York Area Labor-Management Council aims to foster a climate of positive industrial relations in York County. The programs offered serve to improve the business climate and to enhance labor stability and job opportunities in the greater York area. We aspire to attract new commerce and nourish existing businesses. Equally important, the Labor-Management Council provides an open forum for discussion between labor and management on economic and other important problems facing our community.
